A new Banksy (See Supersonic’s coverage of Banksy’s balloon letters fiasco) popped up in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England this morning. The piece, featuring shady eavesdroppers, was purposefully placed in the town as it’s the location of England’s Government Communications Headquarters.
